We hope you can join our team for a lunchtime walk. Just like always, we’ll start from our office and do a casual 2-2.5 mile loop around downtown. Our walk generally takes about 45 minutes. We’ve had a great time doing these so far. Come in workout clothes, come in business clothes, come as you are for some fresh air and good conversation.

Are you interested in improving your posture, strength, and balance to move more effortlessly each day? Joseph Pilates promised these benefits in addition to “restoring physical vitality, invigorating the mind and elevating the spirit” when he originally developed “Contrology” or the practice we now call Pilates. Please join us to learn about the art and science of Pilates, from a 2nd Generation Pilates teacher, Robert Turner, owner of Breathe studio in Lexington. Robert was in the Marine Corps and worked for over a decade in the University of Kentucky Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Center before opening Breathe.
