Join our team for a lunchtime walk. Just like always, we’ll start from our office and do a casual 2-2.5 mile loop around downtown. Our walk generally takes about 45 minutes. Come in workout clothes, come in business clothes, come as you are for some fresh air and good conversation.

She will also discuss ways to prevent these diseases through healthy eating habits.
