The holiday season is fun, but can be emotional and stressful. Research suggests that practicing mindful movement and deep breathing can reduce the production of stress hormones, relieve muscle tension, and improve emotion regulation. Join us to explore simple daily practices that will help you stay present and grounded during the days to come. The session will run from 12-1 pm on Tuesday, December 11 at our office.
