With a new year comes a new opportunity to start your health journey. Come learn how to make a New Year’s resolution that you will keep by learning how to set yourself up for success with healthful eating. Registered Dietitian, Emily McGlone, will cover the basic steps in setting goals for your health by looking at the various connections between diet and other factors. Meal plan guides and recipes will be provided! Lunch will be served.
