Want to get some exercise or maybe pick your doctor’s brain in a casual setting? Join the DDB team for a morning run/walk a few times a month. We’ll start from the front of our office (535 West Second Street). We’ll do a casual loop around downtown. All abilities are welcome and encouraged!

1/23/19: Healthful Eating Lunch and Learn: With a new year comes a new opportunity to start your health journey. Come learn how to make a New Year’s resolution that you will keep by learning how to set yourself up for success with healthful eating. Registered Dietitian, Emily McGlone, will cover the basic steps in setting goals for your health by looking at the various connections between diet and other factors. Meal plan guides and recipes will be provided! Lunch will be served.

12/11/18: Mindfulness Lunch & Learn: The holiday season is fun, but can be emotional and stressful. Research suggests that practicing mindful movement and deep breathing can reduce the production of stress hormones, relieve muscle tension, and improve emotion regulation. Join us to explore simple daily practices that will help you stay present and grounded during the days to come. The session will run from 12-1 pm on Tuesday, December 11 at our office.Erin Royal, a Licensed Psychological Practitioner, will guide us through this talk. Refreshments will be served.
